I have not drank alcohol for 9 days
Dentist: the infection in your jaw bone is very bad, I need to give you a strong antibiotic
Me: sure no problem
Dentist: make sure you don't drink alcohol on this, it will make you very sick
Me: OK (in my head I'm thinking alcohol is an antiseptic right? whatever, I still plan on drinking tonight)
*drives to pharmacy*
Pharmacist: have you taken this before?
Me: No
Pharmacist: you can't drink on it
Me: *nods*
Pharmacist: No really you cannot drink on this. You will get sick, throw up, and can even go into respiratory arrest.
Me: Um, OK
*drives home, Googles drug*
Me: Fuck. I can't drink for 12 days*
The happy ending: Only 3 days left - yay! Who wants to get drunk?
